Happy Hump Day!! I know posting and messages have been slow, but I so appreciate you being so patient. To be honest, I’ve been struggling a bit mentally lately with some anxiety and depression and this vacation with our friends has been soooo fucking needed. More so than I realized. I’ve been trying to allow myself to take a break from technology a bit more while I’ve been here and I can’t tell you how nice it’s been to unplug and just be present. It’s so easy for us to be so attached to our phones and computers, to everything outside of us and forget our inner selves. So if you’re able to, remember to unplug a little and be present with yourself and your surroundings.
