Another thing, I didn’t lose any weight this week, oh well. I’ve been working out every single day, and I replaced eating most junk foods with a protein bar or something…. Hm what else should I do? I don’t know. Also, it’s getting colder again and I’m so happy. My apartment does not hold up in the summer 🥵🥵
