Basically Texas and Texans aren't prepared for the weather at all. No snow plows here, roads aren't salted, buildings can't handle it, power has been out for millions... the list goes on. I've been planning to work but each day presents me with new issues because of the weather here. Like an hour ago a pipe in my apartment just burst and water was leaking onto my floors. My water is now shut off for a long time till they gut the walls and fix the pipes. I also had no heat and was freezing for several days and my power went out for a bit yesterday. I have a lot to figure out regarding still getting furniture and settling in or moving to another complex. So I may not post tonight, I'm sorry <3 I hope you can understand and that everyone in and out of Texas is safe and warm. <3 Much love
