Warm up: Plate Halos. 10 to the right then 10 to the left. Rest, and repeat 2 more times!
SuperSet 1: Arnold Presses (12 reps) followed by Lateral Raises (12 reps). Rest, then repeat superset 2 more times!
SuperSet 2: Shoulder Shrugs (12 reps) followed by Underhand Grip Front Raises (12 reps). Rest, then repeat superset 2 more times!
SuperSet 3: Narrow-Grip Cable Presses (12 reps) followed by Hellraisers (12 leading with right arm, then 12 leading with left arm) immediately into 50 mountain climbers. Rest, then repeat superset 2 more times
