It’s difficult to give mySelf permission to have experiences like this sometimes, but I’m realizing more and more that it’s an integral part of taking care of my physical vessel. I’m intensely passionate about living a well balanced, healthy lifestyle, and I sure hope that I can gently encourage those around me to nourish & respect their own bodies too. We only have this one, very temporary life, so we might as well make the most of it and give our bodies and mind some acceptance and love. (And PS, I almost always go commando! It makes me feel more free and catching a fresh breeze under my skirt is always quite delightful)
