

This mornings physique update:
Weighed: 79.5kg
Heading into the 4th week of prep, my cardio is currently 12’000 steps a day and 40 mins of bike on a non training day. Food hasn’t been dropped yet as I’m responding nicely to the changes we made on week 2.
I think my mid section is getting noticeably tighter and the definition in legs are starting to show through 💯
