Now, after many diet sabotages and encouragement, overindulging and hedonism, she has now become larger than double her old size, she lays around all day, fits into nothing, has a gut like a hippo and eats every chance she gets. She doesn’t exercise, her jogging days are over, and self care is now cramming bacon burgers into her throat. What a change. For the better I’d say, no? 🐷
