✨ Workout Wednesday ✨ Today is back and biceps, so lots of rows and curls. I used 30 lbs for the rows and 12.5 lbs for the curls. These are my favorite days because the strain is targeted in my arms and just doesn't seem quite as brutal as the burn I get on leg days. Now I'm ready to eat all the pie tomorrow!!
