I had exchanged emails with them giving them the overviews, then laid it all out in this first mtg. But they let it be known as I talked, they had done a TON of homework behind the scenes...including pulling in people not in our convo. That's a super good sign, it means they realize "this thing has legs and is golden...get Bob in here, he's the expert on this, he'll want to see this", like that And then at the end, my add-on ask is "if you think it's interesting, I know you know people from (big global VC firm), maybe you could introduce me." But they answered "oh, we were going to ask you if we could. Absolutely." Yay! And ya...I got a funeral to go to tomorrow and another friday😕. Aaaand...I really have to switch some focus onto my conference prep in 2 weeks, that's coming up!
