I need her for my new company, it's more exactly in her wheelhouse like in a more leadership/director role. Normally HR is sorta behind the scenes, make sure nothing goes wrong and we don't know who you are unless the wheels fall off, then everyone is pissed at you. IT Services is similar in a corporation - you cannot make a mistake and if everything is perfect, no one knows who you are. But the instant it fails in 0.0001% of the time (which it will), everyone is screaming and hates you. So you have 2 states: non-person, or everyone hates😆 But in the new company, I'd need her making HR strategy decisions for the overall purpose of the company. I think she'd like that better.
