Doing some work on my computer while I wait, so finalizing touches on my new company website. Usually how I work is I do everything myself once, so I know all the details. I usually do not farm off important things from the get-go, I need to understand by doing. Then I farm it off to an employee, so when they come back w questions, I know exactly what's up
