My day so far: digital marketing team to ramp them up on marketing to come for my new company. And a mtg on a different venture - it's low priority, but people come to me with ideas and opportunities and as long as it's not a lot of work for me, I'll see anyone. In fact, I was doing that over the weekend, 3 new startups asking my guidance, first-time entrepreneurs, smallish, learning. Those just take 20-30 mins so I do that
I was super busy but I took the time. Because others did that for me when i was smallish & learning, never asked nothing back
