Never mind the fact that the ranking and rating was a big group manager exercise, it wasn’t up to one person.
And HR INVESTIGATED ME! As if it were unquestionably true! My manager was pissed (because obviously it tarnished him too), yelling at the HR lady “did you even THINK to question if the accusation was true before investigating it as if it was already true!? Idiot”
