Hope you had a nice Monday! Angry Poindexter inside here😡. I've been arguing with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ALLLL day with their brand rights legal team.

I close over 20,000 fake accounts of me on there and tik tok and twitter each month, every month - they're cash scams using my pics.

And because of that, at one point my attorneys demanded they give me access to their super secret brand rights protection system that makes it easy to enforce my trademark rights - they didn't want to, because it's reserved for Coke & Nike & Disney types. But the flagrant violations were obvious so they did

Then, I can just push a button and my trademarks are enforced, easy peasy. But today? For some crazy reason, they keep telling me on two obvious fake Mrs Poindexter Instagrams, they're not sure if I own the trademark, if it's a violation, if it's me requesting, everything!

I keep sending them the US Patent & Trademark Office records, my attorneys' affidavits, my trademark certificates, my IDs, and they keep saying "nope. We're not sure. Denied"

I AM LIVID! Finally I'm just all "fine, I'll send this ticket to my attorneys - with YOUR ticket number Mr man - and you can explain to your bosses why you just incurred a legal bill for the company because you can't read the rules!"

I was so mad.
