The second one is exclusive, only the largest internet creators in the world are invited, and the big companies that wish to work with them.
Technically I'm qualified to be an attendee as a large creator, but the ceo of the host company ( an influential internet company) I put on the board of my new company so he automatically gave me a VIP pass.
