I am also suffering from not being able to eat dinner at night when I want to. Yesterday, for the first time in a long time, I was able to eat dinner earlier in the evening, so I ate as much as I wanted. Drooling In Japan, we have a custom to eat raw fish. I love it, but I wonder if it's not your thing...? Wish I could eat some meat today!
