No matter how hard I try to control my mental health I can’t stop my stupid head from getting so overwhelmed and overstimulated to the point that I’m having full screaming panic attacks. I just cannot control myself or anything. I’m so tired and I’m sorry for ranting I just don’t have anyone or anywhere to release these thoughts. Everything hurts and I just need a break but you can never get a break from your own head
