Cabbage rolls are a difficult thing to make if you are not used to it because there are so many steps... I tried to make cabbage rolls when I was in ele - mentary s - chool, but I didn't know that you have to boil the cabbage once (or lentil), so I tried to wrap it while it was crispy and hard, and I wondered why it was rolled so beautifully. I wondered why they were so beautifully rolled. Now that I understand the order, I was able to roll them properly! It was delicious!
