I don't remember what I was going to cook, but often the water content was too high, and what was supposed to harden didn't harden, leaving me with a sloppy, "what's this object" dish. (I am not good at measuring and cooking). My latest failure, which I'm sure is partly due to the frying pan, is burning the food... No matter how well I season it, it is still frustrating when it looks disappointing. But it tastes so good that I finish it without hesitation! I'm so talented! I'm so talented! (Self pep talk)
