I have an image that if there are many warm days in winter, the following summer will be very hot, so I hope that there will be moderately cold days as well. Also, I had an image that electricity bills are high in the summer while they are a little cheaper in the winter... but as it turns out, that is not the case this year, and electricity bills are high in both summer and winter. I am torn between wishing for a more comfortable climate and wishing for lower electricity bills.
