





Tried a couple protein shakes yesterday beyond my usual diet. Guess they added more to my weight than I expected. Retained more water. But sweat it mostly off and got down to 230. My target weight for March. April will start slow though. My shoes are worn around the ankles and I got a blister on back of foot. Won’t do cardio a few days to get that healed. Resume on Monday hopefully. I’ll just hit weights harder next few days. And the sauna I use has been broke 3 weeks. New replace might be working Monday. So I can relax in there to sweat off lb instead of so much cardio.
