Thank you everyone that has popped in, tipped, or even just supported the concept of a yoga stream over the months!! I really struggle with home workouts so the start of lockdown was really rough for me. Home work outs just don't work out for everyone so this ended up being at least something that I could do, so again, I really appreciated the support! But now I'm back Orangetheory and also the next few months my schedule is going to be a mess. I'll announce next week just what I have in store (it's pretty damn exciting).
