Added 2021-09-15 01:32:50 +0000 UTCA few things with this photoset: 1) It was taken right before I left for California and I really wanted to play with a few new toys before I left (a new Profoto flash and a gimmicky lil thing called the Lensbaby Omni that gives that crystal lens flare thing). 2) I also wanted to see how I could handle photos outside of my normal set up. Could I still make something cohesive when I throw in a bunch of random things? Can I handle harsh lighting from the new flash? 3) I swear I’m going to get better at culling and stop leaving myself with 30-something photos to edit. Yell at me if next week’s photoset has more than 20. I think that’s it. Between work, travel, and moving my life is going to be extra hectic but I’m going to do my darnedest to keep on top of these weekly sets. I’m so excited to get to the end of the year and see all the progress I’ve made.
