Work your way around the whole Glute paying extra attention to the area circling the “Greater Trochanter,” the head of the Femur. It is the only bone you can feel poking through each Glute. There are many muscular/tendonous attachments to the GT. It is why it should be a key focus in intelligent Glute work. It’s also why it feels so good to have this body part worked. Now find a massage buddy and have at it. ✌️🚀
