Today I share with you one of my favorite days of life in video format, to help you remember some of the magnificent ways you can keep life fun and interesting. On this particular day, I decided a mud bath outdoors was exactly what I needed to refresh my outlook and invigorate my senses. 🛁
“Shaking things up,” doesn’t have to be a grandiose spa day, but it can be, if that’s what you need!
It could also look like trying a new recipe to cook at home, buying a colorful shirt, getting a hair cut, checking out a new park, picking up a fun hobby, joining a local meeet-up group, or even just bumping a new album rather than replaying the classics over and over. You could also try anal beads. They have a knack for spicing things up in the sheets. 😉
The possibilities for keeping your life fresh and exciting are truly endless.
