First, I’ve decided to effectively split my OF into two: the “free” side, for those who want an à la carte experience and just pay for PPVs they want, and the subscription side, for my “super fans”…the people who want to see as much of my content as possible as cheaply as possible. My free OF is getting verified now, and will probably be up by next week (I’ll send a message out to everyone in case you want to switch). As far as the subscription side for my super fans, there’s basically two options of what we can do. We can keep doing what we are doing right now. Low subscription cost of about $5 (the lowest OF will let me make it) and then discounted PPV ($10-$15) from the usual full price of $20-$30 (that’s how much it will be on my free OF). Or we can do a VIP club. This is the idea I’m leaning towards, because it really leverages what the super fans want: lots of content at a low overall cost. Here’s what the VIP Club would entail: -One subscription fee (~$10-$15/mo) -NO PPV! Ever! It’s an all access pass! -Prime “real time” viewing (videos posted as they happen. Free OF wouldn’t see for a week or two) -Possible live shows? -Always see my face in videos Let me know what your thoughts are!
