I am learning that this body is here to help me, to allow me to experience pleasure in all its physical forms, to experience beauty, to express beauty. My body is my physical home, and I will treat it with the love and care that it deserves. Sometimes it needs to be covered up, modest and comfy, to be alone and treated gently. Sometimes it needs to be seen, to express, to enjoy the sun on my sun, to feel the ocean, to feel touch. I am learning to listen to my body, to appreciate its beauty, and to take up space.
