My morning weight/before eating shocked me - last night I had a massive bowl of curry with double rice and extra butter added to both and some cream puffs, I didn’t feel full after but I woke up huge! And as you can see even though I’m so heavy, my belly is soft and jiggly with fat, ready to stretch h out huge again… so I’m starting with a big breakfast!
