Added 2024-05-23 09:56:45 +0000 UTCGot to go to the Duomo cathedral. The photos do not do it justice. I was hoping to go back with my dslr. Had to stop and stare for a moment at the grandeur of its interiors. Had my first Gelato, got chocolate orange flavor, I loved every bite of it! Got to see the exterior of a castle which was insane. Ended the night at a restaurant where I got authentic Milanese food cooked for me by a grandma. Spent the rest of the day exploring Milan.
That concludes my first day in Italy
