



so, i recently started physical therapy (for my knee) and damn... i knew i was out of shape, but it's actually embarrassing just how WEAK i really am. i enjoy my daily stretches though and have already seen small improvements, so that's good 🥳 one of my goals this week is to start going to the gym, but i'm honestly scared. i wish i had a workout buddy 🥺 do you go to the gym/regularly exercise & if so, what are your "favorite" workouts? any health/exercise related tips/advice are very welcome :)
