Take pain medications, I did take that shot the first night at the ER and to stay wrapped up until I see the modern day Dr Friday ❤️ I can walk. The swelling is down. The only proof I have that I had a broken foot was a X-ray. The past 2 days healers placed my foot in a natural cast, hence why I refuse a modern cast, spiritual waters and prayers. I can walk like normal. I have no pain. I don’t have toxins killing my natural body’s defense. Bruising is only seen on the areas the healers pulled the pain to release it. I was raised on natural healers.
