I have all the rehab equipment-leg machine-yoga balls-foam rolling-stretches and my useless stripper pole is actually very useful on morning and evening stretches. I’ve done standing shows/long standing Never clocked out but I slowed down causing havoc on my emotions. Going from full throttle to oh no!no no no no! It feels like forever.
