its only 2pm and ive been to 3 health appointments today! got them all booked in the same morning.
it looks like i’m healing slowly but steadily. i have to be more patient and gentle with myself as i’ve been limping after long walks which is apparently because im pushing myself too far for where im at right now.
i am sad i can’t walk as much as i would like but it is what it is and i have to remind myself i’ll get there eventually! i’ve been told to stretch less to see if that reduces my daily pain too as i am hyper mobile (which is why ive always been so flexible) so sometimes i can overstretch without realising.
got a check up again in 2 weeks to see if tweaking my routine has helped with pain reduction 🤞🏽🤞🏽
