There’s no way we can stop bad days from happening or facing challenging times, but what we can control is what we do and how we react to the good AND the bad. When we do good unto others regardless of what happens to us it will make us feel good. Do good for others, yourself and for the world. When you react negatively in response to an external event, it will impact you, your body and those around you.
