Added 2023-01-10 21:02:21 +0000 UTCCould I pass as a volleyball player in this outfit? 🏐 Pfffft….ya right. If you only knew 😅 I am the LEAST sportiest ( is that a word? ). FUN FACT ( or perhaps not so fun ): I have terrible reflexes and am quite clumsy and because of this, I received my fair share of various balls to the face ( no pun intended - it’s sports balls,…people! 😅 ), breaking my nose more than a few times over the years. Even had a soccer ball kicked in my face HARD, making my head ricochet against the glass door I was leaning against, while I was just simply watching a game 🤦🏻♂️ There was also one instance in Highschool, when I laid down on my back beside a short stairwell, to rest up after jogging in circles at the gym. Someone up top was putting away medicine balls. Can you guess what happened next? A medium sized ball ( 10-15 lbs ) rolled off the side of the stair ledge and fell right onto my face! Do you have any idea how heavy those things are, especially when falling down from about 4 feet high? No idea how I didn’t sustain more serious injuries other than another broken nose…or maybe that’s why I’m so weird 😛 Needless to say, I’ve been staying away from participating in anything sporty after that, other than working out solo 🧘🏻♀️
