I am going to do an audio note for the wall later ❤️ starting to feel better! 🥺 I got myself pho and had a body work appt (I do regular “rolfing” sessions) today and will be wrapping up edits for the Halloween video I’m releasing soon! 👻 I wanted to be a little more active than I’ve been here this month, but my body asked for more rest after getting sick so thank you all for understanding my need for care and balance!
