If you live with a Woman (Wife, GF, Mother, Daughter or even a Collegue) ask Her what chores you may do from now on. Some Women don't want to do laundry, some don't want to ask you every time to take the garbage out. Accept the challenge, if possible, and perform the said chore from now on. Don't be lazy, be useful! Matriarchy is not a theoretical concept to tickle your dicklet but a lifestyle that should be embraced as much as possible. It is your duty to make the life of the Women you care about happier.
