I was reflecting myself a lot and I went through different emotions and could release them. I can say that the yoga teacher training was life changing for me and I see many things in a different perspective from now. I opened my heart to all the lovely people I met! I‘m very grateful that I could do this experience. Now I do the aerial yoga teacher Training for one more week, which will be just as fun🥰
