Focus on one idea at a time and make game plans for them. I want to get better at starting things. 2. Setting clearer boundaries with people in every area of my life. I'm an empath and my instinct is to ignore my needs for "the greater good". That sounds ridiculous even to read so that's why I need get more in touch with what my needs even are. 3. Do a better job at finding the people I'm meant to be around vs. try to mold myself to become someone who will fit in. I obviously have a big personality online but IRL I'm kind of shy and a lot of it comes from me learning to be more comfortable in my own skin.
