SOOOO, I’ve adjusted the schedule a bit (peep the new schedule in my bio) to add Fitness Friday for upper body & core. Here’s my first post for Fitness Friday! (Monday Motivation will focus on integrated legs, Wednesday will remain focused on Glutes, and Friday will be upper body & waist/core). Thank you for all your feedback, and I look forward to bringing you a SavageXValentine look tomorrow! 💕
