

So here’s the new Sched! Sundays I’ll show some meal prep and/or supplements, and talk a little about my wellness journey. Tuesday is for the beauty tips & routines I do, including, yes, feet when applicable. Wednesday is fitness for the 🍑, Thursday is still news commentary (thanks to everyone who has engaged in dialogue in the DM’s on Thursdays). Friday is Fitness, focused on waist, core & upper body shaping. Saturdays I’m on here in something beside workout clothes 😆 THANK YOU for continuing to support & never hesitate to let me know what’s on your mind (no, I’m never doing nude or explicit, so to the few folk who KEEP asking, I will wear you down with my stubbornness, trust. I have firm reasons for not doing that stuff. Yes, I know it keeps my sub numbers smaller, but I’m ok with that. Just let it go, please & thank you).
