I've been really trying to commit to healthy diet and abs exercises because I keep covering up my stomach when I sit down and I am insecure about how much it's grown over the very depressive and lonely pandemic winter. It's almost the end of summer and I haven't been able to get rid of the jiggles, despite my best efforts. So this is me manifesting and being ok with the way my body looks. I'll try to stop covering it up. The mental block is real. But hey, I am healthy and strong and that is what truly matters 🥰 have a lovely weekend everyone!
