A little reflection on my physique at 33... So in January I started using an app that put me on a calorie diet and set me on a trajectory to lose 10 pounds by March through very safe and sustainable exercises of the mind and educating me on healthy eating practices. I did super well during the first two months and lost 7 pounds. Then I fell into my winter potato state (the good ole' SAD) towards the very end of winter and totally folded. I ended up gaining my 7 pounds back and I am at square zero. I am sad. This was the first time I actually seriously attempted to lose weight and feel that I failed miserably. Do any of you have similar experience with dieting? Do you have any tips to share that helped you keep your weight down for good?
