I purposefully created this video with me walking in my bathing at the beach, and attached the song "I Love Myself" by Ciara and Macklemore, because I wanted to show me as my most free and authentic self while also sharing my thoughts through the music. Turning my love onto myself, and detaching myself from others, has been life changing. Life has challenges, and challenges are a way for you to change and eliminate what causes you unnecessary stress and suffering.
