I took a MONTH away from the gym to reset my joints, my body, and mostly my head. This is what I look like todayβ¦ after a month OFF! Itβs CRITICAL, yet so hard to do for most guys who train. Taking a week off can be hard. But in the endβ¦ you lose ZERO muscle, the workout today felt AMAZING, and Iβm ready to go push harder again! Getting ready for our nude beach vacation in a few weeks!
