It's only been 4 days but I'm already starting to feel loads..

It's only been 4 days but I'm already starting to feel loads better due to lifting weights and squatting! currently lifting 5KG, which I know is loads but I very rarely exercise so I dont want to overkill it too quickly! And don't worry I'm not lifting weights for muscles, I'm doing it for mental health more than anything! Exercise helps in more ways than building muscles 😊 getting fit, in the sense of being able to go up the stairs without losing my breathe and being able to play with my children without getting tired! My chronic illness won't stop me being me! Weight lifting is going to prove that 💪
