Added 2020-12-29 03:04:10 +0000 UTCOn the more wild side of the different kind of training I’ve been doing is the Wim Hof cold shower challenge. every day at least 35 seconds, gradually staying in the water longer. It’s been getting easier every day.
Showering in cold water not only boosts you’re immune system. It strengthens your will power and can cure things like depression, anxiety, PTSD.
The point is to train the mind to be able to consciously influence your immune system as well as regulate body temperature at will, threw deep breathing techniques. Breathing threw the cold water and embracing that shiverous feeling to build that mind and body connection.
So I realized if I masturbate in the cold water I actually kinda forget the water is even cold 😂🥶 and I get use to it, so I actually stay in the water longer.
I do the deep breathing techniques first. Then for the fun of it I masterbate in the cold water to finish it off.
