Getting rid of that Covid chunk and well on my way back to my tight fitness bod... Hope you're ready for it... Naughty shit aside, Ill post my fitness journey here and what I have always done to be fit and lean year round... FYI I have been smashing out intense SKYPE sessions the past 48hrs... Ill keep doing this for 1 more week while I am at my home base here in Prague...After that I am back on the road.... and these sessions will be limited again.
