She seemed really cool over text but we didn't have chemistry IRL (she was cool when I would ask her questions but she didn't really give me any emotion to work so I wasn't feeling it haha) but that's ok. We got food and just chatted for a couple hours and then I dropped her off at her hotel. The main takeaways here I would say are, 1) your text convo doesn't need to be wild to get someone to hang out with you, just be cool and mildly funny, which I am/was lol, 2) don't force something to happen if the vibe isn't there, just move on quickly if you don't click and find someone else you jive well with, 3) not every date is going to go the way you want it to, and that's ok.
