

Day 4 of my 5K calorie days! I'm sitting at 1310 after my breakfast and working up more of an appetite by....doing nothing. But in the 🌞 sun 🌞 so I'm at least getting some Vitamin D! I can really see my gains showing through. I ate two chicken biscuits and two cherry Pop-Tarts like they were nothing so I know without a doubt my stomach has stretched considerably this week already.
